Daniele Roscino
Daniele Roscino was born on 15th of November 1970, in Rome. He graduated from the Faculty of Business Economics and master in Business Administration. He started his activity in the Italian Ministry of Environment, Land and Sea in 2005 like country manager in Romania, Bulgaria, Russia then Serbia and Carbon Finance & Footprinting adviser. He was previously engaged in BULL, Burson Marsteller , University of Roma3, IBM, EDS, AT&T.

Ana Ržaničanin
Ana Ržaničanin was born in 1974 in Krusevac, Serbia.She has a Degree of a Master of Science in Biology, in fields of Plant Ecology and Hydrobiology, of the University of Belgrade.In September 2004, within framework of Pancevo Action Program, she became a member of TFCEE. She had been trained in sectors of air quality, environmental monitoring systems and ecological risk assessment during the Program implementation. Currently working as ecology consultant on the projects related to Sustainable Tourism Development in Montenegro.

Branko Sikirica
Mr. Sikirica was born in 1976 in Sombor, Serbia. He joined TCEE in 2005 as a Master of Science in Process Engineering graduated on the University of Belgrade at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering. His main responsibilities are related to energy efficiency in street lighting, biomass utilisation for energy production, switching fossil fuels and methane recovery in waste water management systems. Experience gathered working on CDM projects in Balkan countries he shared in various capacity building programs and applied in IMELS CDM activities in Northern Africa.

Ivana Radulovic
Ms. Ivana Radulovic has almost six years progressive experience in working as a member of Task Force. She works primarily as a senior technical expert in originating and evaluation of various CDM and JI projects, in the carbon footprint analysis as well as in the capacity building and institutional strengthening working with central and local governments, public and private utilities and companies and other stakeholders. She holds a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering and currently she is pursuing a doctoral degree at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering University of Belgrade.

Lara Kerkez Bubalo
Mrs. Lara Kerkez Bubalo was born in Pancevo in 1975. She graduated in Process Engineering in 2001 and became Master of Science in Environment and Energy Efficiency on the Mechanical Faculty of the Belgrade University in 2004. Mrs. Kerkez Bubalo works for TFCEE of IMELS since 2005. She is engaged for projects related to methane recovery from landfills and animal waste management systems, water management and energy efficiency in housing.
Mrs. Kerkez Bubalo is married and a mother of a girl.

Marta Ilić
Marta Ilić was born in Valjevo, Serbia in 1974. She graduated at the Faculty of Philology, University of Belgrade, with a degree in Italian Language and Literature. She has ten year experience in environmental field, including sustainable development and utilities sectors. Mrs Ilić works as interpreter and office assistant for the TFCEE – Belgrade office since 2004.

Miroljub Tatic
Miroljub Tatic was born in Prokuplje (Serbia) in 1966. He joined the office of the TFCEE in Belgrade in 2005. Since then he is working as techical support. He is married and has two children.
Radmila Vlastelica Sutic
Technical Expert
Ms. Vlastelica Sutic was born in 1979 in Cacak, Serbia. She has graduated in 2004 from the University of Belgrade, Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, Department of Process Engineering. Since 2005 she is a member of TCEE and works on the CDM project evaluation in the Balkans region, as well as carbon footprint analysis.

Slađana Marković
Slađana Marković was born in Belgrade in 1980. She graduated in 2004 at the Faculty of Philology, University of Belgrade, with a degree in Italian Language and Literature. Currently she’s writing her master’s thesis in the field of contrastive analysis of Italian and Serbian language.
Ms Marković works for the TFCEE – Belgrade office since June 2005. Her main responsibilities are translating / interpreting, administration and logistics.

Tatjana Kosec
Her current responsibilities are to provide technical assistance in capacity building of the Balkan countries participating in the CDM of the Kyoto Protocol Serbia, in assessing country’s potential to reduce GHG emissions under the CDM and in identifying potential CDM projects.
She was also responsible for coordination of the project “Reduction of use of chemicals in agriculture production”, managed by the Università degli Studi di Torino – Centro di Competenza per l’Innovazione in campo agro- ambientale (AGROINNOVA).
