Albania / Tirana ENERGY EFFICIENCY IN THE UNIVERSITY DORMITORY CENTER IN TIRANA Energy efficiency
The objective of the proposed project activity is to reduce GHG by introducing different energy efficiency measures at the Student City Dormitory Center. The Student City in Tirana is the biggest student centre in Albania and consists of 29 dormitories, some dining halls and social cultural buildings.
